Ingredients
- 150 g Rice
- 200 g Black Beans
- 100 g Corn
- 2 Stück Tomatoes
- 1 Stück avocado
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 Bund Cilantro
- 1 EL Lime Juice
- 1 EL Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Dice onion and sauté in a pot with olive oil.
- 3. Add tomatoes, black beans, and corn, and heat everything briefly.
- 4. Mash avocado and mix with lime juice, salt, and cilantro to make guacamole.
- 5. Assemble the bowl: distribute rice, bean mixture, and guacamole into bowls.
