Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- 200 g black beans
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1 red onion
- ein Bund cilantro
- 1 lime
- 2 EL olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- 2. Rinse and drain black beans.
- 3. Halve cherry tomatoes, dice onion, and cut avocado into pieces.
- 4. In a bowl, mix quinoa, beans, tomatoes, onion, and avocado.
- 5. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil, add cilantro.
- 6. Mix well and serve.
