Ingredients
- 100 g yellow lentils
- 50 g fenugreek leaves
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 cm ginger
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 TL cumin
- 1 TL chili flakes
- 2 EL ghee or oil
- 500 ml water
Instructions
- 1. Cook the lentils in water until soft.
- 2. Prepare onion and vegetables.
- 3. Heat ghee and sauté onion, ginger, and garlic.
- 4. Add tomato, cumin, and chili flakes, sauté briefly.
- 5. Add cooked lentils and methi, mix well and simmer for a few minutes.
