Ingredients
- 200g Chickpeas
- 50g Fenugreek Leaves
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 cm Ginger
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 EL Oil
- 1 TL Cumin
Instructions
- 1. Prepare and cook the chickpeas until soft.
- 2. Chop onion, ginger, and garlic, sauté in oil.
- 3. Add tomatoes and spices, cook until soft.
- 4. Add fenugreek leaves, simmer for a few minutes.
- 5. Add chickpeas, mix, and serve.
