1. Rinse the lime thoroughly, halve it, and squeeze out the juice. Halve the honeydew melons, remove the seeds, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Save the shells. Peel the watermelons and remove the seeds.
2. Dice the prepared melon flesh and mix it in a bowl with the lime juice. Place this mixture into the halves of the honeydew melons and store in the refrigerator.
3. Lightly toast the walnuts in a pan without fat. Pour 2 tablespoons of honey over them and let them caramelize briefly. Place on baking paper and let cool, then chop coarsely.
