Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 150 g Shrimp
- 150 g Mussels
- 100 g Squid
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Prise Saffron
- 3 EL Olive Oil
- 1 Onion
- 500 ml Broth
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Dice onion and bell pepper.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a paella pan and sauté onion and bell pepper.
- 3. Add tomatoes and let simmer.
- 4. Add rice, broth, and saffron, mix well.
- 5. Add shrimp, mussels, and squid.
- 6. Cook until the rice is tender and seafood is cooked.
- 7. Season with salt and pepper, serve.
