Ingredients
- 150 g rice
- 1 Dose chickpeas
- 1 Stück tomato
- 1 Stück cucumber
- 50 g black olives
- 2 EL olive oil
- 2 EL lemon juice
- eine Handvoll parsley
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions and let cool.
- 2. Drain chickpeas and combine with rice.
- 3. Dice tomato, cucumber, and olives.
- 4. Add vegetables to the rice mixture.
- 5. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then serve.
