🥗 Mediterranean Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
- 100 g Quinoa
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 50 g Feta cheese
- 50 g Olives
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 EL Lemon juice
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to the instructions and let it cool.
- 2. Chop the cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
- 3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- 4. Add olive oil and lemon juice.
- 5. Season with pepper.
- 6. Serve and enjoy!
