🥗 Fresh Tuna Grape Salad with Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
- 200 g Tuna in own juice (can)
- 200 g Seedless red grapes
- 150 g Cucumber
- 120 g Greek yogurt (2% fat)
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 1 Stk Lemon
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper
- 10 g Fresh mint
Instructions
- 1. Wash the grapes thoroughly and halve them. Wash the cucumber and cut it into small cubes.
- 2. Open the tuna can, drain the water, and break the fish into large chunks.
- 3. Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- 4. Add the tuna, grapes, and cucumber cubes to the bowl and gently fold everything together.
- 5. Finely chop the mint and sprinkle it over the salad. Serve the dish immediately while cold.
