Ingredients
- 200g Salmon fillet
- 1 Lemons
- 1 EL Capers
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Bund Parsley
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. This takes about 3 minutes and ensures crispy salmon.
- 2. Pat the 200 g salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Never wash it, or it will become mushy.
- 3. Rub 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper over the fillet. Gently massage in the spices.
- 4. Place the fillet in the basket. Brush it thinly with 1 tbsp olive oil. This keeps it juicy.
- 5. Cook the salmon at 180 °C for about 10 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
- 6. Remove the salmon and place it on a plate. Let it rest for 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute.
- 7. Wash the garlic and parsley under cold water. Remove any tough stems from the parsley.
- 8. Finely chop the 2 garlic cloves. Make sure they aren't too small, so they don't burn.
- 9. Finely chop the bunch of parsley. Set aside a small spoon for garnish.
- 10. Juice the half lemon. Pour the juice into a small bowl. Avoid the seeds.
- 11. Add the capers and the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil to the lemon juice. Stir well.
- 12. Stir the chopped garlic and parsley (except the garnish) into the sauce. Taste it now.
- 13. Cut the salmon into large pieces. Arrange them on the plate. Pour the sauce over the top.
- 14. Sprinkle the dish with the remaining parsley. The salmon is perfect when it's tender and juicy.
