Ingredients
- 150g Quinoa
- 150g Cherry Tomatoes
- 100g Cucumber
- 50g Olives
- 1 Stück Red Onion
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 EL Lemon Juice
- 1 Bund Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to instructions.
- 2. Chop cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
- 3. Finely chop red onion.
- 4. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- 5. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- 6. Garnish with fresh parsley.
