Ingredients
- 150 Quinoa
- 100 Feta cheese
- 100 Cherry tomatoes
- 50 Black olives
- 10 Parsley
- 2 Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- 2. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- 3. Put cooked quinoa in a bowl, mix with olive oil.
- 4. Crumble feta and add.
- 5. Add olives and cherry tomatoes.
- 6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
