🍽️ Mediterranean Cod with Lemon-Caper Sauce

Ingredients
- 200g Cod fillets
- 1 Lemons
- 2 EL Capers
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Bund Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the parsley and set it aside for the sauce.
- 2. Squeeze half a lemon and reserve the juice for the sauce.
- 3. Pat 200 g cod fillets dry with paper towels.
- 4. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 6. Place the fillets in the basket and cook for 10 minutes, until they flake easily with a fork.
- 7. Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic.
- 8. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a small pan over medium heat (level 5 of 9).
- 9. Fry the garlic for 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.
- 10. Add 2 tablespoons of capers and fry for 1 minute with it.
- 11. Pour in the lemon juice and let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes.
- 12. Stir the chopped parsley into the hot sauce.
- 13. Remove the fillets from the air fryer and place them on plates.
- 14. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve immediately.
