  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook it in salted water according to package instructions. Stir occasionally.
  2. 2. Cut the chicken breast fillet into equal-sized cubes. Season with paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Wash the zucchini and cut it into small cubes. Drain the chickpeas and rinse them.
  4. 4. Heat half of the olive oil in a large pan. Fry the chicken until golden brown over medium heat (approx. 6-8 minutes). Remove it from the pan.
  5. 5. Fry the zucchini cubes in the same oil until soft (approx. 5 minutes). Add the chickpeas and heat them briefly.
  6. 6. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands. Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the vegetables.
  7. 7. Divide the quinoa into four bowls. Add the chicken, vegetables, and feta on top. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over it.
