  1. 1. Rinse the rice under cold water and heat it in a pot according to package instructions.
  2. 2. Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized cubes and season them with paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken cubes for about 6 minutes until golden brown.
  4. 4. Press the garlic cloves through a press and add them to the pan. Cook for another 1 minute.
  5. 5. Drain the chickpeas and add them to the pan. Mix everything well and heat for 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the fresh spinach until it wilts.
  7. 7. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon over the mixture.
  8. 8. Divide the rice into 4 bowls. Top with the chicken spinach mixture. Serve with the remaining lemon wedge.
