🥗 Meatballs in Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 200g Ground Beef
- 100g Ground Pork
- 1 Onion
- 50g Breadcrumbs
- 50ml Milk
- 200ml Cream
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop onion and sauté in a pan until translucent.
- 2. In a bowl, mix ground beef and pork, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, and pepper thoroughly and shape into small balls.
- 3. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until golden brown.
- 4. In the same pan, add cream and bring to a boil, then add the meatballs.
- 5. Allow the meatballs to simmer in the cream sauce for a few minutes and serve.
