Ingredients
- 6 Empanada Dough
- 250 Ground Beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 Olive Oil
- 1 Eggs
Instructions
- 1. Sauté the onion and bell pepper in olive oil.
- 2. Add the ground beef and cook thoroughly.
- 3. Season the filling and let it cool.
- 4. Roll out the dough and fill with the mixture.
- 5. Seal the empanadas and place on a baking tray.
- 6. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
