- 400 g Maultaschen
- 1 l Vegetable Broth
- 1 Carrots
- 1 Stange Celery
- 1 Onion
- ein Bund Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Dice onion, carrots, and celery.
- 2. Bring the vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot.
- 3. Add the diced vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4. Carefully add the Maultaschen to the broth and cook for 10 minutes.
- 5. Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley.
- 6. Serve the Maultaschen in broth and sprinkle with parsley.
