Ingredients
- 300 g For the dough: flour
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 1 TL Salt
- 150 ml Water
- 200 g For the filling: mixed minced meat
- 100 g Spinach
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 Prise Nutmeg
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. For the dough, mix flour, eggs, salt, and water and knead well.
- 2. Let the dough rest.
- 3. Sauté onion, and mix with minced meat and spinach.
- 4. Season with nutmeg, pepper, and salt.
- 5. Roll out the dough thinly and spread the filling on top.
- 6. Cut into squares and seal the edges well.
- 7. Cook in salted water until they rise to the surface.
