🍳 Swabian Dumplings with Egg Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 Stück Dumplings (cooked)
- 3 Stück Eggs
- 150ml Milk
- 50g Butter
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Heat the dumplings in a large pot of lightly salted water.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 3. Melt butter in a pan and pour in the egg mixture.
- 4. Reduce heat and stir until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
- 5. Serve dumplings with the egg sauce.
- 6. Garnish with fresh herbs as desired.
