🥗 Mattar Paneer - Peas with Paneer

Ingredients
- 200g Fresh Peas
- 150g Paneer
- 1 Onion
- 1 cm Ginger
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cube the paneer and set aside.
- 2. Chop onion and ginger finely, and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Add cumin and turmeric, mix well.
- 4. Add fresh peas and a little water, bring to a boil.
- 5. Add paneer and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 6. Season with coriander powder and salt.
- 7. Serve and enjoy.
