Ingredients
- 200 g Matjes Herring
- 200 g Green Beans
- 1 Onion
- 100 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 EL Vinegar
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Blanch green beans in salted water and cool.
- 2. Dice onion and cherry tomatoes.
- 3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- 4. Dress with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Arrange the Matjes on the salad.
