Ingredients
- 2 Stück Herring Filets
- 1 Stück Granny Smith Apple
- 1 Stück Onion
- 100 g Yogurt
- 1 TL dill
- 1 EL Lemon Juice
- 1 Prise Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Dice apple and onion finely.
- 2. Mix yogurt with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- 3. Chop dill and add.
- 4. Place herring fillets in a bowl.
- 5. Top with apple-onion mixture.
- 6. Serve immediately.
