🍛 Massaman Curry with Potatoes and Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 3 EL Massaman curry paste
- 200 g Potatoes (cubed)
- 150 g Chickpeas (cooked)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 50 g Peanuts (roasted)
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 2 EL Fish sauce
- 1 EL Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion in a pot.
- 2. Add Massaman curry paste and mix well.
- 3. Add coconut milk and cinnamon stick, bring to a boil.
- 4. Add potatoes and chickpeas and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 5. Season with sugar and fish sauce.
- 6. Garnish with peanuts and serve.
