  1. 1. Cut the Ciabatta bread into 4 thick slices and toast them in a pan without oil until golden brown.
  2. 2. Wash the arugula and tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  3. 3. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make a marinade.
  4. 4. Cut the goat cheese into 4 thick slices or quarters.
  5. 5. Pour half of the marinade over the arugula and tomatoes and mix them gently.
  6. 6. Pour the remaining marinade over the goat cheese and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Fry the sunflower seeds briefly in the pan where the bread was until fragrant.
  8. 8. Place the marinated goat cheese on the toasted bread. Serve the salad with it and sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.
