🧀 Marinated Goat Cheese Salad on Rustic Bread

Ingredients
- 150 g Fresh goat cheese (log)
- 100 g Arugula (rocket)
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 150 g Rustic Ciabatta bread
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 15 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 3 g Dried oregano
- 20 g Sunflower seeds
- 3 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the Ciabatta bread into 4 thick slices and toast them in a pan without oil until golden brown.
- 2. Wash the arugula and tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 3. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make a marinade.
- 4. Cut the goat cheese into 4 thick slices or quarters.
- 5. Pour half of the marinade over the arugula and tomatoes and mix them gently.
- 6. Pour the remaining marinade over the goat cheese and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
- 7. Fry the sunflower seeds briefly in the pan where the bread was until fragrant.
- 8. Place the marinated goat cheese on the toasted bread. Serve the salad with it and sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.
