🍤 Quick Marinated Shrimp with Lemon and Chili

Ingredients
- 400 g Shrimp (size 30/40)
- 1 Stk. Lemon
- 2 g Chili Flakes
- 1 Stk. Garlic Clove
- 50 ml Olive Oil
- 10 g Fresh Parsley
- 3 g Sea Salt
- 1 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Thaw the shrimp under cold water, pat them dry, and remove any vein lines if present.
- 2. Squeeze the juice of the lemon and finely grate the zest of the lemon.
- 3. Finely chop the garlic and chop the parsley.
- 4. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Add the shrimp to the marinade and mix well. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- 6. Place the marinated shrimp on a platter, sprinkle with parsley, and serve cold.
