🥗 Apricot Dumplings

Ingredients
- 250 g Quark
- 150 g Flour
- 1 Stück Egg
- 4 Stück Apricots
- 30 g Sugar
- 30 g Breadcrumbs
- 20 g Butter
- 1 TL Cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Mix quark, flour, egg, and sugar to form a dough.
- 2. Pit apricots and stuff with sugar.
- 3. Wrap dough around apricots and form dumplings.
- 4. Boil in lightly salted water until they float.
- 5. Toss in butter and breadcrumbs.
- 6. Serve warm and dust with cinnamon.
