🍜 Mapo Tofu

Ingredients
- 300 g Tofu
- 100 g Ground Beef
- 1 TL Sichuan Pepper
- 2 EL Chili Oil
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 Spring Onions
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL, gerieben Ginger
Instructions
- 1. Cube tofu and blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- 2. Chop spring onions, garlic, and ginger.
- 3. In a pan, brown the ground beef until cooked.
- 4. Add garlic, ginger, and half of the spring onions and sauté briefly.
- 5. Add tofu, soy sauce, chili oil, and Sichuan pepper, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 6. Garnish with remaining spring onions and serve.
