  1. 1. Cube tofu and blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Chop spring onions, garlic, and ginger.
  3. 3. In a pan, brown the ground beef until cooked.
  4. 4. Add garlic, ginger, and half of the spring onions and sauté briefly.
  5. 5. Add tofu, soy sauce, chili oil, and Sichuan pepper, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with remaining spring onions and serve.
