🥗 Manti (Turkish Dumplings)

Ingredients
- 300 g Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 100 ml Water
- 150 g Ground beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 100 g Plain yogurt
- 1 TL Paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Knead flour, eggs, and water to a dough and roll it out.
- 2. Mix ground beef with diced onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Cut the dough into small squares and fill with the mixture.
- 4. Seal the edges and shape the manti.
- 5. Cook in boiling water for 10-15 minutes and serve with yogurt and paprika.
