- 50 Sugar
- 30 Lemon juice
- 20 Ginger

Instructions
- 1. Chop mango, onion, and ginger and place in a pot.
- 2. Add sugar, lemon juice, and cumin, and heat the mixture.
- 3. Simmer the mixture for 30-40 minutes until thickened.
