Ingredients
- 250 g Low-fat curd cheese (Quark)
- 100 g Plain yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 40 g Dark chocolate, grated
- 30 g Slivered almonds
- 20 g Toasted coconut flakes
- 15 g Honey
- 1 TL Vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1. Mix the low-fat curd cheese and plain yogurt in a bowl until smooth.
- 2. Stir in the honey and vanilla extract into the cheese mixture.
- 3. Divide the mixture into 4 small bowls or glasses.
- 4. Evenly sprinkle each portion with the slivered almonds and coconut flakes.
- 5. Distribute the grated chocolate pieces on top and serve immediately.
