Ingredients
- 250g Flour
- 50g Sugar
- 1TL Baking powder
- 150ml Coconut milk
- zum Frittieren Oil
- 1TL Vanilla
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla in a bowl.
- 2. Gradually stir in coconut milk until a smooth dough forms.
- 3. Place the dough on a floured surface and roll out to about 1 cm thick.
- 4. Cut into triangles with a knife or cutter.
- 5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the triangles until golden brown.
- 6. Drain on kitchen paper and serve warm.
