2 cans mandarin oranges (each approx. 300 - 350 g net weight)
1 packet clear glaze mix
Instructions
1. Prepare a 26-centimeter springform pan.
2. Cook the pudding according to package instructions using milk, pudding powder, and sugar. Set it aside to cool and place plastic wrap directly on the surface to prevent a skin from forming.
3. Drain the mandarins and collect the juice.
4. Knead the crust ingredients into a dough. Press the dough into the greased pan, forming a raised edge.
5. Stir the sour cream into the cooled pudding and spread the mixture over the crust. Arrange the mandarins on top.
6. Bake the cake at 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat for about 80 minutes.
7. Once the cake has cooled, prepare a glaze by mixing the collected mandarin juice and glaze powder according to package instructions, then coat the cake with it.
