Ingredients
- 200 g Potatoes
- 100 g paneer
- 500 ml Frying Oil
- 2 Stück Tomatoes
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 TL Spice Mix
- 100 ml Cream
- frisch Coriander
Instructions
- 1. Knead potatoes and paneer into a dough.
- 2. Form small balls and fry them.
- 3. Sauté onion in a pan.
- 4. Puree tomatoes and add to onion.
- 5. Add spices and let simmer.
- 6. Add kofta, finish with cream and serve.
