  5. 5. Roast everything in the oven for 25 minutes.
  6. 6. Cook quinoa in a bowl and mix with tahini and lemon juice.
  7. 7. Assemble the bowl: layer quinoa, roasted sweet potato, broccoli, and tofu, then garnish with sesame seeds.
