🥗 Macro Bowl with Tofu and Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
- 200 g Tofu
- 200 g Broccoli
- 200 g Sweet Potato
- 100 g Quinoa
- 2 EL Tahini
- 1 EL Lemon Juice
- 1 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL Olive Oil
- 1 EL Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2. Press tofu and cut into cubes.
- 3. Peel and cube sweet potatoes and place them with broccoli on a baking sheet.
- 4. Marinate tofu with soy sauce and olive oil, then place it on the baking sheet.
- 5. Roast everything in the oven for 25 minutes.
- 6. Cook quinoa in a bowl and mix with tahini and lemon juice.
- 7. Assemble the bowl: layer quinoa, roasted sweet potato, broccoli, and tofu, then garnish with sesame seeds.
