Ingredients
- 150 g Sushi Rice
- 180 ml Water
- 1 EL Rice Vinegar
- 1 TL Sugar
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 1 Stück Cucumber
- 1 Stück Nori Sheets
- 1 Prise wasabi
- zum Servieren Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Wash and cook rice thoroughly.
- 2. Cool down and mix with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- 3. Cut cucumber into long, thin strips.
- 4. Place nori on a sushi mat, spread rice evenly on it.
- 5. Place cucumber strips in the center and roll up.
- 6. Cut into pieces and serve with wasabi and soy sauce.
