Ingredients
- 120 g Wheat Flour
- 60 g Almond Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 50 g Butter
- 5 g Baking Powder
- 1 Stück Mandarin Zest
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and form paper molds for muffins.
- 2. Melt the butter slightly and let it cool.
- 3. Mix sugar, eggs, and the grated mandarin zest until smooth.
- 4. Fold the mixed flours and baking powder carefully underneath.
- 5. Stir the cooled butter into the batter.
- 6. Fill the molds two-thirds full and bake them for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Let the Magdalenas cool completely on a rack.
