🧁 Vanilla-Almond Magdalenas

Ingredients
- 200 g Wheat flour (Type 405)
- 1 Päckchen (8 g) Vanilla sugar
- 1 Päckchen (16 g) Baking powder
- 1 Prise Salt
- 150 g Sugar
- 150 g Butter (soft)
- 3 Stück Eggs (Size M)
- 60 ml Whole milk
- 50 g Chopped almonds
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-off.
- 2. Line a muffin tin with 12 paper cases.
- 3. Mix flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
- 4. Beat the soft butter with the sugar and eggs in another bowl until creamy.
- 5. Fold in the flour mixture and the milk alternately into the butter mixture.
- 6. Fill the batter evenly into the cases.
- 7. Press some chopped almonds on top of each mound of dough.
- 8. Bake the magdalenas for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Let them cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing them.
