Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 TL Baking powder
- 1 TL Lemon zest
Instructions
- 1. Melt butter and mix with sugar.
- 2. Add eggs and mix well.
- 3. Add flour and baking powder and mix.
- 4. Add lemon zest and mix well.
- 5. Fill into madeleine molds and bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
- 6. Let cool and serve.
