  2. 2. Add food coloring and mix well.
  3. 3. Fill a piping bag with the mixture and pipe onto a baking sheet.
  4. 4. Let the macarons rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Bake in the oven at 160°C for 12 minutes.
  6. 6. After cooling, spread with filling and assemble.
