Ingredients
- 100 g Almonds
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 3 Egg whites
- 50 g Sugar
- nach Wahl Food coloring
- 100 g butter
- 50 g Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Finely grind almonds and powdered sugar, then mix with egg whites and sugar.
- 2. Add food coloring and mix well.
- 3. Fill a piping bag with the mixture and pipe onto a baking sheet.
- 4. Let the macarons rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- 5. Bake in the oven at 160°C for 12 minutes.
- 6. After cooling, spread with filling and assemble.
