Ingredients
- 400g Chicken Thighs
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. This takes about 3 minutes.
- 2. Pat the 400 g chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Never wash them, as this spreads germs.
- 3. Rub the chicken thighs with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper. Season both sides.
- 4. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket. Make sure they don't touch.
- 5. Cook the chicken thighs at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Flip them after 10 minutes, until golden brown.
- 6. Wash the 2 zucchini under running water. Remove the ends if needed.
- 7. Cut the zucchini into long noodles. Use a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler.
- 8. Peel the 2 garlic cloves. Chop them finely. Be careful not to burn them.
- 9. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large pan. Heat to medium, not smoking.
- 10. Fry the garlic in the pan for 1 minute. Cook until fragrant.
- 11. Add the zucchini noodles to the pan. Fry them for 2 minutes while stirring.
- 12. Remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer. Check: the meat should come off the bone easily.
- 13. Let the chicken thighs rest for 3 minutes. This keeps the juices in the meat.
- 14. Serve the zucchini noodles on plates. Place the chicken thighs on top.
- 15. Enjoy your meal. It’s perfect when the meat is tender and the noodles are firm to the bite.
