Ingredients
- 250 g Sugar
- 100 ml Water
- 100 g Cornstarch
- 1 EL Lemon Juice
- 50 g Nuts (Pistachios or Walnuts)
- zum Bestäuben Powdered Sugar
- 1 Päckchen Vanilla Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Bring sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan.
- 2. Dissolve cornstarch in some cold water and add it.
- 3. Add lemon juice and vanilla sugar.
- 4. Cook while stirring until mixture thickens.
- 5. Pour into a greased dish and allow to cool.
- 6. Cut into cubes and dust with powdered sugar.
