Ingredients
- 300 g Beef
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 EL Soy sauce
- 1 TL Cumin
- einige Zweige Parsley
- 2 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut beef into strips and season.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté beef.
- 3. Add onion and garlic and sauté until translucent.
- 4. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- 5. Stir in soy sauce and cumin and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
