Ingredients
- 250g beef (fillet)
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 EL soy sauce
- 1 TL cumin
- nach Geschmack parsley
- 200g potatoes (fries)
Instructions
- 1. Cut meat into strips and sear.
- 2. Cut onion, tomato, and bell pepper into pieces.
- 3. Add vegetables to the meat and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add soy sauce and cumin, mix well.
- 5. Garnish with parsley and serve with fries.
