Ingredients
- 100 g quinoa
- 50 g fresh spinach
- 50 g grated cheese
- 1 egg
- 50 g bread crumbs
- 2 EL oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool.
- 2. Blanch spinach and chop finely.
- 3. In a bowl, combine quinoa, spinach, cheese, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- 4. Shape small balls from the mixture.
- 5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown.
- 6. Serve hot.
