Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g almonds
- 1 eggs
- 200 g raspberry jam
- 1 TL cinnamon
- zum Bestäuben powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2. Cream butter, sugar, and eggs.
- 3. Fold in flour, almonds, and cinnamon.
- 4. Press the dough into a greased tart pan and spread jam on top.
- 5. Create a diamond pattern with dough strips on top.
- 6. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- 7. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
