🍲 Lentil Soup with Sausages

Ingredients
- 200 g lentils
- 2 Stück sausages
- 2 Stück carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 Stange celery
- 1 L broth
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 1 TL salt
- 2 EL oil
Instructions
- 1. Soak lentils according to package instructions.
- 2. Heat oil in a pot, sauté onion, carrots, and celery.
- 3. Add broth and lentils, bring to a boil and then simmer.
- 4. Slice the sausages and add them to the soup.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
