🍲 Lentil Soup with Sausages

Ingredients
- 150 g green lentils
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 potato
- 500 ml beef broth
- 2 sausages (e.g. Bockwurst)
- 1 EL oil
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse lentils in a sieve and let drain.
- 2. Dice onion, carrots, and potato; chop garlic.
- 3. Heat oil in a pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- 4. Add carrots and potato and sauté for a short time.
- 5. Add lentils and broth, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 6. Slice sausages and add to the soup; season with salt and pepper.
