🥗 Lentil Salad with Spaetzle

Ingredients
- 100g Lentils (beluga or green)
- 150g Spaetzle (cooked)
- 1 Stück Bell pepper
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 EL Vinegar
- 3 EL Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
- 1 TL Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Cook lentils according to package instructions and let cool.
- 2. Heat spaetzle in salted water.
- 3. Dice bell pepper and onion and place in a bowl.
- 4. Add cooked lentils and spaetzle.
- 5. Add oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the salad and mix well.
- 6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
