🍝 Lentils with Noodles

Ingredients
- 200 g Lentils (green or brown)
- 1 Stück Carrot
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 Stange Celery
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Stück Bay leaf
- 2 EL Vinegar
- 1 EL Oil
- 200 g Noodles (cooked)
Instructions
- 1. Soak lentils according to package directions and rinse.
- 2. Dice onion, carrot, and celery.
- 3. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the vegetables.
- 4. Add lentils, broth, and bay leaf, and bring to a boil.
- 5. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- 6. Season with vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- 7. Serve lentils over the noodles.
